How to remove an engine from a 2001 honda cbr 929rr.?

I have a 2001 honda cbr 929 that i blew the motor up on, and I need to know how to take the old one off so i can get another one . Is there a website that i can download some kind of manual from that will walk me through the procedures , also does anyone know where i can fond a motor for around 1000$ besides ebay .
