How much money should i bring fro 2 weeks in ecuador?

I am going to volunteer and everything is already paid for. however I want to go horseback riding through the andes and white water rafting, and activities like that. I will only have time on the weekends since i will be working during the week. How much should i bring to participate in that stuff?
