1st of all go to union cave(north entrance from route 32) once in the game go left then up and get down the stairs use surf go up and turn right at end go up not to the way where u have to use strenght up the staris then surf and get out of the cave, then go into the ruins and u will be in a place with grass he will be on it, it ussually on apeears at night, good luck!
